Robert Soroka is a 20-year-old champion driver, and rising motorsports star competing in the Radical Cup North America with the Ryspec Racing Team for the 2023 season. Robert will also compete in the Motomaster Ron Fellows Karting Championship, where he will look to defend his top-place finishes in 2021 & 2022.
Robert got his start in motorsports later than most racing prodigies, but that hasn’t stopped him from making an impact on the track. In 2015, he began his career as a 13-year-old. Since his inaugural start, Robert’s natural talent has allowed him to accelerate his career through some of the highest karting ranks in North America.
Soroka’s innate ability to learn quickly continued to prove invaluable as he entered his breakout season in 2018. Robert dominated many national events in Canada and the United States while clinching several provincial and national championships in the competitive ROK Sr. division. This breakout year caught the eye of renowned Formula 4 team Jay Howard Driver Development, which resulted in his signing for the 2019 F4 US Championship with the team. In 2020 & 2021, Robert returned to his karting roots by joining the premier Kevin Glover Racing Team in the familiar ROK Sr. division.
For the 2023 season, Robert joined the RySpec Racing Team to compete in the Radical Cup North America. The six-round series saw Robert compete at some of the most historic tracks across North America against top drivers in multi-class Le Mans style racing. Robert put together an incredible season that included multiple podium finishes, his first career race win and Rookie of the Year honors.
